Junior group coaching sessions are being run by experienced Coach Chris Jarrett. Chris has a wealth of experience having started his coaching career doing club coaching in the UK in the 1990s before moving to NZ in 2002. Chris has been coaching here in Canterbury off and on for the last 15 years, coaching beginners through to high profile National and International players and being recognized as Canterbury Squash coach of the year in 2010.
The recommended age range is 6 years old and up although Chris currently has a 4 and a 5-year-old in the beginners’ class.
The junior coaching sessions are open to Rangiora Squash club members and non-members at the times and dates shown below:
Term 1: Tuesday 9th Feb 2021 - Tuesday 13th April 2021 (10 weeks)
Term 2: Tuesday 4th May 2021 - Tuesday 6th July 2021 (10 weeks)
Term 3: Tuesday 27th July 2021 - Tuesday 28th September 2021 (10 weeks)
Term 4: Tuesday 19th October 2021 - Tuesday 21st December (10 weeks)
4.00 - 4.45 for Beginners
4.45 - 5.30 for Intermediate
5.30 - 6.15 for Advanced
Cost: $40 per registrations with a maximum charge per family $80 per term.
