Canterbury Masters and U23 Championships

Our final two district tournaments of 2019, the Canterbury Masters and U23’, took place weekend of the 17^th and 18^th August at Sumner Tennis and Squash Club.

Thank you very much to Sumner Tennis and Squash Club, it’s committee and members for hosting this event on behalf of Squash Canterbury and for doing an awesome job; their first tournament in over 20 years!

Also, a massive thankyou to Di Brewer the Tournament Organiser, and all the Sumner and Linwood club members who volunteered their time to ensure the event ran smoothly and providing a welcoming environment. 

Congratulations to Scott Gardiner and Erin Ellery for retaining their Canterbury Masters titles and Henry Aitken who took the U23 Boy’s title.
