2018 Service to Squash Receipant

Rocky Hudson – Football

• Rocky is a social member who joined with his son who is a junior at the club.  This year Rocky has joined the committee as Junior Convenor and has been actively involved not only from a club perspective but also with Squash Canterbury on junior matters including interclub team discussions and also introducing a new format for the Junior 2100 tournaments. 
• Rocky has taken an active role not only in Junior tournaments with doing draws and game scheduling but has also worked with Kirsty for Senior tournaments including being on hand at the club throughout these events, including doing Tournament control.  
• Rocky has been an active committee member assisting with property issues including arranging quotes for potential work and earlier in the year was able to be on site to meet various tradesmen as required.
• Rocky has been convinced to move to a competitive player and has started playing interclub, so look out, in no time he will be moving up the grades!
• Rocky has quickly become a valuable member of the Football Squash committee including in his main role of Junior Convenor.  Rocky has assisted at all senior tournaments including tournament control and has run the Junior tournaments at our club.
