2019 Service to Squash Recipient

Nick McGillivray – Burnside

• Nick has been a dedicated member of the Burnside Committee for several years and has been the Junior Club Captain for the last two years. 
• He has dedicated a great deal of time and commitment to this role which has seen the numbers of juniors involved in our club increasing steadily, particularly over the past year.
• His gentle manner and genuine desire to encourage young players into squash demonstrates the mentoring style which works particularly well with the less-confident children.  It is wonderful to see them growing in confidence as they learn to play squash and make friends.
• He is a fantastic role model for our Burnside youngsters, and it is great to see a young man prepared to give up so much time for the benefit of others.
