Kaikoura hosted the final Junior 2100 tournament on the 25th & 26th of August for 2018. Many Christchurch players decided to make a weekend of it, enjoying an overnight break in Kaikoura, others choosing to drive to Kaikoura for the day. The Standard of squash continues to improve with many close games enjoyed by both players and spectators.
When many sports are talking about issues with Sideline Behaviour, it is refreshing to see friends, club mates and parents supporting both players in a positive manner. This tournament series is growing in popularity every year and will feature on the Tournament calendar for 2019.
A massive thank you must go to the team in Kaikoura for your hospitality and putting on a wonderful tournament we all look forward to returning in 2019.
